Her extensive bedside experience included areas of clinical research, chemotherapy, transplant, hematology, proton therapy, surgery, wound care, post anesthesia recovery, case management, and more, with a number of specialty certifications obtained and a wealth of knowledge related to healthcare.

Hay found a passion for medical education as a bedside nurse and continues to easily adapt tones everyday to relay complex medical information to varied audiences (HCPs, patients/caregivers, stakeholders, etc), now with a wider reach.
